Shipping policy

Processing time:
All orders are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner Printify. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is ready to ship.

Shipping rates and delivery times:
We offer flat-rate shipping based on Printify's shipping options. For most orders, Standard shipping is used. Shipping rates start from USD 4.75 per item (approx. €4.50) and will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and number of items.
Economy shipping (starting from USD 3.99) and Express shipping (from USD 7.99 + USD 2.40 per additional item) may be used where available.

Estimated transit times (after production):
• Domestic (Germany/Europe): typically 2–5 business days.
• International: approximately 10–30 business days depending on destination and Printify's network.
• Priority/Express services: 2–3 business days domestically and 3–5 business days internationally, subject to availability.

Please note that these time frames are estimates and actual delivery times may vary. Shipping carriers and methods are determined by Printify, and tracking information will be provided when available.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or postal services.

Lost or returned orders:
If an order is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the address and reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipments.
